Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MediStock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

MediStock is a personal medication management tool that helps you:

• Track medication inventory and stock levels for one or more patients on your device
• Calculate when medications will run out
• Receive local reminders for low stock and daily medications
• Store pharmacy contact information and draft refill request emails
• Optionally send low-stock reminder emails to contacts you configure
• Optionally sign in with a shared LND Tech account (email, Google, or Apple)

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate medication and patient information in the App
• Verifying medication details with your healthcare provider
• Following your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions for medication use
• Not relying solely on the App for medication management
• Keeping your device secure to protect health-related information
• Only adding email reminder contacts who have agreed to receive those messages
• Keeping your LND Tech account credentials secure if you create an account

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate calculations and features:

• The App relies on information you provide
• Stock calculations are estimates based on your input
• Notification and email timing depend on your device, network, and settings
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any calculations or delivery of every reminder

Accounts

An LND Tech account is optional. The same account may be used across LND Tech apps. You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. Medication inventory remains on your device and is not the same as your LND Tech profile.

Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. Medication records are stored locally by default. Optional features (account, ads, research, feedback, low-stock emails, tips catalog) may transmit limited data as described there.

Advertising

The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements (Google AdMob). Ads may use device advertising identifiers subject to your consent and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency rules. You can remove ads with MediStock Pro while the subscription is active.

In-App Purchases

MediStock offers the following optional in-app purchases:

MediStock Pro — Remove Ads (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

• MediStock Pro Monthly: billed monthly — removes advertisements for the active subscription period

Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Existing legacy yearly Pro subscribers continue to receive ad removal while that subscription remains active; the yearly plan may no longer be offered for new purchase.

Other Purchases

• Tips (Small, Medium, Large): Voluntary one-time contributions to support the Developer

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Developer does not process payments directly. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Prices may vary by region based on Apple’s pricing.

Intellectual Property

MediStock and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Leandro Barreto / LND Tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App
• We are not responsible for any health-related decisions made based on App information
• We are not liable for missed notifications, failed emails, or inaccurate calculations

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon uninstallation, locally stored App data is removed from the device (subject to backups). LND Tech account data is retained until you delete the account or request deletion. Active subscriptions are managed through Apple and may continue until cancelled.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms where permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
